The F-35 Prognostic Health Maintenance Software is an embedded software program on the F-35 airplane's heads up display where the pilot is able to view statuses and receive notifications of and about in-flight systems (i.e. overheating, subsystem failure, ammunition, and more). My focus is primarily on the back-end and on developing tools for the engineering team and company leadership. The development generally consisted of signal processing, new capability implementation, and software migration. The tools generally utilize REST API coupled with a user-interface that is either web-based using HTML/CSS/JavaScript or using a library such as Tkinter for Python.
