The NGC Manu-forecaster is a time series tool that analyzes manufacturing and supplier data to predict future production capabilities. The F-35 fighter jet program was ramping up production from one plane every three days, to one plane every day and a half. I developed the data visualization front-end of this tool to be used by directors of manufacturing to forecast the status, shortcomings, and needs of the program to reach the target production rate. In the development of this tool, I used R, R Shiny, and ggplot2.
